- Discuss and analyse requirements and feedback from other consultants and partners implementing or supporting Bluefort software products
- Assist Bluefort first line support to triage issues
- Create functional designs for new product features
- Suggest workarounds for Product Gaps
- Set up and coordinate all the testing activities for all Bluefort Products, including manual testing for new features and bug fixes and the design of automated test scripts to be implanted by developers
- Assist in the creation of standardised procedures
- Actively organise and facilitate workshops, in-house seminars, webinars, and knowledge transfers with clients and Business Consulting Team members
- Assist the Product Manager in prioritising new features and bug fixes in the back-log
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Skills, Qualifications & Work Experience
- Experience in consulting, QA and similar roles
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Experience in business/financial applications such as ERP systems will be considered an asset
