Cerillion is a stand-alone product with limited focus on subscription and recurring revenue with a narrow industry focus on Telecom companies. Although Cerillion are subscription and recurring revenue focused, with an offering that covers other point solutions, it is not able to offer a business-wide set of capabilities that also incorporate financials, purchasing, projects, stock, budgeting and other non-subscription requirements. All its capabilities are boxed-in to Cerillion's ecosystem, requiring a number of third party integrations to expose valuable data.

Cerillion is unable to reach this level of investment and can therefore not match the technology and business app advantages Microsoft Dynamics 365 can provide.

Having a business application ecosystem that can natively extend into all your business processes will result in a more balanced Total Cost of Ownership.
Cerillion requires various API integrations and expensive interfaces to ERP to achieve the same results as LISA and Dynamics 365, resulting in a much larger Total Cost of Ownership.
