LISA (License and Subscription Automation) is a subscription management product suite, built to handle quote-to-cash-to-lifetime customer experiences. The suite boasts 3 product options:
- LISA Business – built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and is targeted towards SMB clients.
- LISA BusinessPro – built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and is targeted towards mid-market and Enterprise clients.
- LISA Reach – build on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Services and is primarily targeted towards managing sales processes (such as quotes and managing sales teams) for businesses of all sizes.
HARP (Hyper Automation Rapid Processing) is a hyper automation platform and the engine driving the automation in the LISA product suite with potential for hyper automating more business processes.
